SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Augustana head women's basketball coach
Dave Krauth has announced his team's schedule for the 2010-11 season. The 26-game slate includes 14 home games and four non-conference dates.
The Vikings will open regular season play on Nov. 15 when they host William Penn (Iowa) followed by a match up against the University of Sioux Falls at the Sioux Falls Arena on Nov. 17. Two more home games against Gustavus Adolphus on Nov. 20 and Dakota State on Nov. 29 conclude non-conference play.
Augustana travels to Southwest Minnesota State to open Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference play on Dec. 3 followed by a meeting at Minnesota State on Dec. 4.
The Vikings christen the new year with a pair of home games Jan. 1 and 2 when they take on St. Cloud State and Concordia-St. Paul.
Following a series of road games against Bemidji State (Jan.7), Minnesota Duluth (Jan. 8) and Wayne State (Jan. 15), Augustana will host Upper Iowa on Jan. 21 and Winona State on Jan. 22.
Augustana travels to Concordia and SCSU Jan. 28 and Jan. 29 before returning home to take on Minnesota State and Southwest Minnesota State in the beginning of February.
The regular season concludes with a three-game homestand, beginning with Wayne State on Feb. 19 and ending with Minnesota, Crookston on Feb. 26.
