2015-16 (Senior)
Indoor: Named to the NSIC Winter All-Academic team … finished in second with a personal best time of 1:35.64 in the 600 meters at the NSIC championship (Feb. 27) … helped the 4x400 meters relay team take first at the NSIC Championship … was a part of the Distance Medley Relay team that took first at the Stinger Open (Feb. 20) … finished in third at the Ted Nelson Classic in the 400 meters (Feb. 6).
Outdoor: Named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic team … finished in sixth in the 400 meters at the NSIC Championship (May 14) … helped the 4x400 meters relay team take second at the NSIC Championship … finished in the top six in 11 events throughout the season.

2014-15 (Junior)
Indoor: Named to the Academic All-Conference indoor team … Earned Indoor All-American Honors … At the South Dakota State University Open she posted a season best time in the 300-meter race with a time of 41.82 which earned her a fifth place finish … Was part of the 4x400m team that placed seventh at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships with a time of 3:48.98 … the 4x400m team placed second at the NSIC Indoor Championships with a time of 3:50.42 … At the Parents Day Open her Distance Medley team placed second with time of 11:56.63.
Outdoor: Named to the Academic All-Conference outdoor team … Earned All-Region outdoor honors … At the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships her 4x400m team finished 15^th in the prelims with a time of 3:47.34 … Placed second at the Northern Sun Conference Meet in the 4x400-meter race with a team time of 3:46.77 … At the MSU Twilight Invitational her 4x400m team won the event with a time of 3:46.68. 

2014 (Sophomore): named Academic All-NSIC in both indoor and outdoor seasons … earned USTFCCCA All-Academic award. Indoor: Set the Augustana indoor record in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:51.58 at the Nebraska Tune-Up on Feb. 21 … placed fifth at the NSIC Championships as part of the 4x400-meter relay (3:57.54) on March 1 … finished as runner-up in the 4x400-meter relay (3:59.41) at the MSU Preseason Open on Dec. 7 … took fifth in the 400-meter run (1:01.34) at the Dordt Open on Jan. 11 … placed sixth in the 400-meter dash (1:00.82) and eighth in the 200-meter dash (27.21) at the Ted Nelsen Classic on Feb. 8.
Outdoor:  Earned All-NSIC honors in outdoor season ... Earned All-NSIC honors as a member of the runner-up 4x400-meter relay (3:49.06) at the NSIC Championships on May 10 … won the 4x400-meter relay (3:56.40) at the WSC Classic on March 29 … placed third in the spring medley relay (4:16.45) at the Sioux City Relays on April 11 … took fourth in the distance medley relay (12:23.87) and sixth in the 4x400-meter relay (3:49.59) at the Kansas Relays on April 19 … took fourth in the 400-meter dash with a personal-best 58.95-second run at the Mount Marty Twilight on April 22 … served as alternate for 4x400-meter relay team at the NCAA Championships.

2013 (Freshman): 
Indoor: did not record any top-eight finishes in the indoor season. 
Outdoor: recorded season-high third-place finish in the 400-meter dash (1:00.65) at the MSU Twilight on April 30 ... clocked a season-fastest 1:00.11 time at the NSIC Championships on May 10 ... helped Augustana to a fourth-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay with a 3:57.64 time at the NSIC Championships on May 11.
