Outdoor: Earned first team All-American honors in the high jump with a fifth place finish … Named NSIC Field Athlete of the Year … earned All-Region honors in the heptathlon, high jump and javelin … named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic team … took first in the NSIC Championship in the heptathlon with personal best 5,111 points (May 13) … set a personal record in the javelin with a throw of 44.45 meters at Beach Pacific Coast (April 14).

Before Augustana: Spent three years with the Iowa State University Track and Field team … became the third heptathlete in program history to eclipse a total score of 5,000 points, scoring 5,058 at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships … set a personal record of 25.90 in the 200m at the outdoor conference championships … clocked a PR of 14.44 seconds in the 100H section of the Drake Relays Heptathlon … posted a then-PR of 4,746 points at the Drake Relays … ran as fast as 14.27 seconds in the 100-meter hurdles, posting the time at the Big 12 meet behind a 2.1 m/s wind. Academic All Big-12 First Team ... placed second with a mark of 121-09 in the heptathlon javelin throw, placed eighth in both the 100-meter hurdles (14.45) and long jump (17-10.25) ... finished the 100-meter hurdles in a time of 14.90 at the Mt. SAC Relays ... finished with a toss of 34-00.00 in the shot put at the Jim Duncan Invite ... earned second in the javelin throw with 119-07, placed fourth in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.92 at the Cal Multis heptathlon.

Indoor- Earned 3487 points in the pentathlon, jumped a mark of 17-09.50 in the long jump at the Big 12 Championship meet ... placed first in the pentathlon with a final score of 3549 at the Holiday Preview. Competed in the 100-meter hurdles and earned a mark of 17-06.25 in the long jump at the ASU Invite. Ran a 9.33 in the 60-meter hurdles at the New Balance Invite ... finished 16th in the pentathlon at the Big 12 Indoor Championships with a personal-best 3334 points ... set personal best marks in the long jump (17-09) and shot put (31-04.50) at the Big 12 Indoor Championships ... set a personal best mark in the 60-meter hurdles (9.22) during the ISU Classic pentathlon ... set a personal best 5-03.25 in the high jump at the ISU Open ... ran a personal best 2:34.21 in the 800-meter run during the Holiday Preview pentathlon. Cleared a personal-best height of 5’6.5” (1.69m) in the high jump at the Bill Bergan Invitational, placing fourth … took the event title at the UNI-Dome Open, winning the high jump at 1.58m … cleared a height of 5’5” (1.65m) at the ISU Classic, Husker Invitational and Big 4 Duals, placing eighth, seventh and fourth, respectively.

High School: Minnesota high school state champion in the 100-meter dash in 2011 as a senior and in 2009 as a sophomore ... champion in the 300-meter hurdles as a junior at the 2010 Minnesota high school state meet ... runner-up in the 100-meter hurdles as a junior at the 2010 state meet ... runner-up in the long jump as a senior at the 2011 state meet ... holds personal best marks in the 300-meter hurdles (44.37), 100-meter hurdles (15.01) and the long jump (18-10).
