The Augustana football team is hosting its annual reunion weekend celebration for all former football players, coaches and alumni on September 3-4.
Festivities begin with a 4-person golf outing at Prairie Green Golf Course (600 E. 69th Street) in Sioux Falls at noon on Friday, September 3, followed by a 5 p.m. social hour, dinner and program at Kirkeby-Over Stadium. Tickets for Saturday’s game can be picked up during the evening activities.
Tailgating will kick things off on Saturday, September 4, as former teammates, coaches, family and friends can get together at 11 a.m. at Vikingland. Lunch is available at $5 per person.
At 12:30 p.m., football alumni are invited to come to Kirkeby-Over Stadium to form the tunnel through which the players will enter the field. At 1 p.m., the Vikings take on St. Cloud State. A postgame celebration will then follow the conclusion of the game at Champps Americana, located near 41st Street and Western Avenue.
