  • Named GLVC Coach of the Year in 2011 after leading Missouri S&T to its first winning season since 2008.
  • Missouri S&T was ranked 20th in the American Football Coaches Association Top 25 in 2012.
  • Missouri S&T led the GLVC scoring 41.6 points and ranked second in total offense averaging 439.2 yards per game.

  • Cal Poly won the Great West title during both of his seasons as defensive coordinator.
  • Cal Poly led the nation in sacks, setting a school record with 67 in a season and ranked among the top 10 nationally in scoring defense, turnovers gained and interceptions.

Idaho State
  • Spent one season as running backs coach at Idaho State where he coached a 1,000-yard rusher.
