Angie Reiners Goettertz was chosen to the All-North Central Conference volleyball first team in 1996 and 1997. She was tabbed the conference’s player of the week for September 9, 1996, and again on November 17, 1997. She was named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) All-America second team in 1996. In addition to her athletic achievements, Reiners was an Academic All-NCC selection in 1997. At Augustana she is eighth in career blocks (360), is a member of the 1,000 kill club (1003), and is third on the school career list for hitting percentage (.328). In 1996 she led Augustana with a season hitting percentage of .390.
