Augustana University Athletics

Wollman is remembered as Augustana’s “one man gang of track” in the late forties. At one time he held 27 track records. He earned four track letters and two in basketball while at Augie. In 1949 he broke five meet records while winning 14 first place awards and five second places. I his final NCC tournament he was the high point individual performer.
