Eggers was named to the All-North Central Conference team in 1966, 1967, and 1968. He was the Vikings’ leading scorer in 1967-68 (19.1), and 1966-67 (21.2). He holds the school record for most points in a game (49) and field goals made in a game (19). He is 12th in career scoring with 1,329 points.
