SIOUX FALLS, S.D. –The Other Place Bar and Grill will host a viewing party for the nationally televised football game featuring Augustana and Minnesota State Thursday beginning at 7 p.m.
The Other Place, located at 901 West 41st Street in Sioux Falls, will provide free tailgate-style food. All Augustana alumni, fans and athletic club members are invited to attend.
The Vikings (5-3, 5-2 NSIC/3-0 NSIC South) and Mavericks (6-2, 6-1 NSIC/4-0 NSIC South) kick off from Blakeslee Stadium in Mankato, Minn., at 7 p.m.
CBS Sports Network will telecast the game live. It marks the first time an athletic event involving an Augustana team will reach a national television audience.
