INDIANAPOLIS - The second NCAA Women's Soccer Regional Rankings have been released and the NSIC has five teams ranked in the central region. Augustana comes in at fifth with a 9-5-3 overall record and conference record of 7-4-2. St. Cloud State tops the NSIC in the second slot, followed by Minnesota State in third, Northern State eighth and Minnesota Duluth in ninth in the second of three rankings. 

The NSIC, the Mid-America Athletic Association (MIAA) and the Great American Conference (GAC) make up the 34-team NCAA Central Region.   The top eight teams in the region will advance to the NCAA region tournament. Automatic bids are granted to the winners of the MIAA, GAC and NSIC postseason tournaments, with the remaining five spots awarded on an at-large basis. 

The NCAA Women's Soccer selection show will be streamed online on Monday, Nov. 13 at NCAA.com at 5:30 p.m. (CT).
