Kye Winter (RHP/U, 6-3, 200, Sr., Willow Lake, S.D. / Clark HS) turned in his best performance of the season for the Vikings in 2-1 win against St. Cloud State on Wednesday. Winter shut down the Huskies at the plate, going all seven innings and giving up just one run on two hits, both to the same player, in the contest. The former Clark high school standout also had five strikeouts and no walks in the victory. The Willow Lake, S.D. native also helped Augustana at the plate by hitting .300 during the course of the week.
