The Augustana athletic communications office welcomes your interest in Viking athletics and will make every effort to make your coverage of the Vikings an enjoyable experience. The Athletic Communications Office maintains information on all current student-athletes, as well as historical information on previous student-athletes and the program in general.

Media Guidelines
The Augustana Athletics Communications office strives to comply with all legitimate interview requests for Viking coaches, student-athletes and administrators in a timely fashion. Interviews must be arranged through the Communications office, preferably arranged 24-48 hours in advance. Members of the media and public may not contact student-athletes directly without approval. The Augustana Athletics Communications office does not release the phone numbers of student-athletes without the consent of a student-athlete. Coaches and/or student-athletes may not be interviewed prior to a contest on the day of a game/event, but may do so 10 minutes after the conclusion of a contest(s) by contacting a member of the Communications staff. For credentials for individual sports, please contact the individual appropriate sport contact.

Photography
Per NCAA guidelines, photographers are limited to shooting in the designated areas along the competition surface. Please direct requests for photography to the individual appropriate sport contact.

Media Services
Media are invited to work in the designated areas of the respective Augustana venues. Seating, however, is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Media members must be granted a credential to work in the designated press area., For most facilities, phone lines and Internet access are available. Working members of the media will be provided with game notes and flip cards and will be informed of developments of interest during the competition. Statistics will be provided at appropriate breaks and at the conclusion of the game., Members of the media wishing to receive an advance copy of the game notes should contact the individual appropriate sport contact

Postgame Procedures
Postgame interviews with Augustana coaches and players will be conducted following a 10-minute "cooling-off " period. Members of the athletic communications staff will be available to assist in arranging postgame interviews. Complete statistical packets will be disseminated to the media as soon they are completed following the game.
