Kayla Mescher hit the provisional standard earlier in the season, but the senior from Brighton, Colo. improved that mark taking first in the women's 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:00.54, which ranks first in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference and 10th in the nation. Mescher also competed in the women's 4x400 meter relays, with the squad of Anne Parsley, Charissa Etrheim, and Carina Hofmeister who set a new school record and hit a provisional mark with a time of 3:43.65 to take second-place overall. The women's 4x400 squad also remains first in the NSIC with this mark.
