Trey Heid is a junior Quarterback from Lakeville, Minn. Heid had a stellar game against then undefeated Southwest Minnesota State University this past Saturday at Kirkeby-Over Stadium. Heid led the Vikings to a 48-23 victory over the Mustangs. Heid threw for 290 yards, the most the SMSU defense has allowed all season, and three touchdowns, tying the most SMSU has allowed this season. Heid launched a game long, 51-yard pass to Jake Bartscher that would lead to a Lucas Wainman field goal. Heid added 22-yards on the ground with one rushing touchdown.
