Carina Hofmeister broke the school record in the 200-meters with a time of 24.51 at the Howard Wood Relays this past weekend and finished in first. Hofmeister’s time was a provisionally qualifying mark and ranks fifth in the NSIC. She broke her own school record that she had set as a freshman in 2014. She was also a part of the 4x100-meter relay team that took second at the Howard Wood Relays with a season’s best time of 47.92, ranking fifth in the NSIC.
