Barth helped the Augustana baseball team to a 9-0 start to the 2018 season and eclipse the best start in school history. In the four-game sweep of Missouri S&T, Barth started in all four games at 1B and went ent 6-for-15 (.400 avg., .667 slug pct.) with seven RBI, one home run, one double and three runs scored. Barth recorded 29 putouts and one assist with no errors at 1B. Barth had two hits and three RBI in both games on Sunday against Missouri S&T and is hitting .407 on the season with a team best .704 slug pct., two home runs and 14 RBI.
