The 20th-ranked Augustana volleyball team (18-6, 10-1 NSIC) goes on the road this week for a pair of key Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference matches. Of Friday, the Vikings travel to Marshall, Minn., to play No. 4 Southwest Minnesota State. The Mustangs (22-3, 10-2 NSIC) have battled Augustana all year for the second place spot in the conference. Match ttime is set for 7 p.m. On Saturday, Augustana will play Minnesota State University, Mankato, in Mankato, Minn., at 4 p.m. The Mavericks (13-10, 8-4 NSIC) were defeated by the Vikings earlier this season 3-0.
LAST?WEEK: Augustana finished off a perfect week by going 3-0 in three matches. The Vikings defeated old NCC?rival Nebraska-Omaha on Wednesday in five sets before sweeping Upper Iowa on Friday and Winona State on Saturday.
