THIS WEEK: Augustana (2-2, 2-1 NSIC) plays its first Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Southern Division game this weekend when the Vikings travel to St. Paul, Minn., to take on Concordia University, St. Paul (2-2, 1-2?NSIC). Kickoff is scheduled for noon at Griffin Stadium. The game is part of Concordia's Homecoming celebration. Both teams are coming off losses last week. Augustana dropped a 40-10 decision to Minnesota Duluth, while Concordia fell 37-10 to Winona State.
THE SERIES: Augustana and Concordia have met the past four seasons with Concordia holding a 3-1 advantage. The series has been extremely close. In CU's 3 wins, the combined margin of victory is 5 points, including a 20-19 win last year in Sioux Falls. Augustana's lone win was a 35-16 win in St. Paul in 2006.
RADIO: All Viking football games can be heard on KIKN Radio (FM-100.5). The game can also be heard on the internet at: www.kikn.com. Veteran broadcaster Jeff Fylling will call all of the action, while John Schultz, a former All-NCC quarterback with the Vikings, provides color commentary. The broadcast begins with a pre-game show 30 minutes prior to kickoff.
WEBCAST INFORMATION: All of Augustana's football games this season will be webcast on the internet as part of the NSIC's television agreement with Penn Atlantic TV. Fans wanting to follow the action can go to the following link: http://www.northernsun.tv. This season there will be no charge to watch the games but fans will need to set up an account with Penn Atlantic.

AUGUSTANA SPORTSCENE: Augustana Sportscene is in its fifth season on UTV cable channel 10 in Sioux Falls. The 30-minute weekly television show airs Saturdays at noon. Augustana Sportscene is hosted by Viking director of athletics Bill Gross.
