MBB Notes; Vikings Entertain Minnesota State Before Traveling to Minnesota Duluth

The Augustana men's basketball team (17-7, 11-6 NSIC) will play its final regular-season home game on Wednesday as they host Minnesota State, Mankato Wednesday night at the Elmen Center. The Mavericks are just one game ahead of the Vikings in the NSIC standings and defeated the Vikings 86-63 on Jan. 24. Tipoff is at 8 p.m. On Saturiday, Augustana will travel to Minnesota-Duluth for their final conference match up of the season. The Vikings fell to Duluth 62-59 at home on Jan. 3 and will be looking for redemption. Tipoff is at 5 p.m. 

SENIOR NIGHT: Wednesday will be the final regular season home game for Augie's three seniors, Marques Blank, Eric Krogman, and Mike Klepatz

RADIO: All Viking men's basketball games can be heard on KIKN (FM-100.5). The game can also be watched on the internet at: www.kikn.com. Veteran broadcaster Jeff Fylling will call all of the action. The broadcast begins with a pre-game show 20 minutes prior to tipoff. 

WEBCAST INFORMATION: All of Augustana's conference games this season will be webcast on the
internet as part of the NSIC's television agreement with Penn Atlantic TV. Fans wanting to follow the
action can go to the following link: http://www.northernsun.tv. This season there will be no charge to watch the games but fans will need to set up an account with Penn Atlantic.

AUGUSTANA SPORTSCENE: Augustana Sportscene is in its fifth season on UTV cable channel 10 in Sioux Falls. The 30-minute weekly television show airs Saturdays at noon and Sundays at 5:30 p.m. Augustana Sportscene is hosted by Viking director of athletics Bill Gross.
