The Augustana soccer team ended in a 0-0 tie with Colorado Christian University Saturday in Billings, Mont. after two overtime periods.
The tie moves Augie to a 2-1-1 overall record while Colorado Christian moves to 3-0-1.
Augie outshot the Cougars 21-8, but were unable to get past goalie Lisa Signorile, who recorded seven saves in the game.
Junior midfielder Katie Shandri led the team with four shots, three of which were on goal. Freshman midfielder Katie Hurd added three shots and one shot on goal.
Freshman goal keeper Amanda Wagner recorded three saves in 45 minutes of play, while sophomore goal keeper Melissa Fowler recorded one save in 65 minutes of play.
This marks the third shutout that the Vikings have completed this year.
Augie will play again on Sunday against host team Montana State-Billings at noon (MT).
