After two days of competition at the NCAA Div. II Women's Golf Championships in Mesa, Ariz., the women's golf team has moved to up 10th place.
The Vikings shot a 317 on day two, 10 strokes better than their day one total to finish the day with a 644. Nova Southeastern leads the tournament after carding a two-day total of 583.
Emily Kvidera has dropped to fourth with a two-day total of 146. She shot a 74 today.
Kate Tobin is 49th with a total score of 160 after shooting six shots lower today than yesterday.
Kelly Lauer is 49th with a two-day total of 163.
Jennifer Benoy and
Kelli Lowry are 67th and 70th, respectively. Benoy shot an 84, which was a nine shot improvement from yesterday, while Lowry carded a 94.
The tournament will continue tomorrow with round three of competion.
