ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - Jenna Doerneman and
Maren Werth each scored goals to lead Augustana to a 2-0 victory over Missouri Western State in an exhibition match this afternoon in St. Joseph, Mo.
Both teams entered the second half scoreless, but it was Doerneman who scored off a pass from Werth to give the Vikings a 1-0 lead.
Werth then found the back of the net later in the second half to extend the Viking lead 2-0, where it would stand for the remainder of the contest.
Erika Dahl was credited with the assist.

Every Viking saw the field in today's match.
This is the second straight exhibition win for Augustana as the Vikings topped Dakota Wesleyan 3-1 last Friday.
The Vikings return to action tomorrow in Omaha, Neb., for a noon match against Nebraska-Omaha.
