Storylines
• Augustana men's basketball (5-4, 2-1 NSIC), fresh off a five-game road swing and a split of a pair of conference road games returns to the Elmen Center this weekend.
• The Vikings will begin a three-game NSIC homestand with Concordia-St. Paul (3-4, 0-3 NSIC) on Friday, Dec., 13 at 8 p.m.
• Augustana will then welcome No. 17 Minnesota State (8-2, 2-1 NSIC) at 6 p.m. on Saturday.
• Augustana will conclude the homestand with Wayne State on Dec. 21, its final game before the holiday break.

Last time out
• Augustana split a pair of NSIC road contests last weekend, losing a heartbreaker 85-84 at Southwest Minnesota State on Friday night and winning in convincing fashion, 96-77 at Sioux Falls on Saturday.
• On Friday night, Augustana held a four-point lead with a minute left in the game but SMSU's Vinard Birch hit a layup with 10.5 seconds left on the clock and Augustana's shot came up short in the final seconds.
