• No. 18 Augustana College men's basketball (10-1, 4-1 NSIC) will close-out the calendar year on Saturday, Dec. 20, at Wayne State (2-8, 0-5 NSIC).
• The Vikings and Wildcats will tip-off at 6 p.m. at Rice Auditorium in Wayne, Neb.
• Saturday's game will be the second match-up between the two teams this season, and the final in the regular season.
• Augustana defeated Wayne State 89-71 in the NSIC opener for both teams on Nov. 24 at the Sioux Falls Arena.
• Daniel Jansen registered his third career 30-point game in the win over the Wildcats, scoring 33 points to go along with nine rebounds and six steals.
• Augustana improved to 23-14 all-time against Wayne State and has now won three straight games over the Wildcats.
• Augustana has now won 13 of the last 16 meetings over Wayne State.

• Augustana is coming off a weekend sweep over Bemidji State and Minnesota Crookston at home.
• The Vikings opened the weekend with a 90-71 win over Bemidji State before picking up a 67-50 victory over Minnesota Crookston on Saturday.
• In Saturday's win, Casey Schilling registered his fourth double-double of the season with a game-high 24 points and 10 rebounds while matching his career-high with five steals.
• Daniel Jansen added 23 points for the Vikings on 8 of 12 shooting (2 of 3 from 3-point range) while hitting 5 of 6 free throws.
• This marked the first time the duo has scored 20 or more points in the same game this season, and the sixth time in their careers.
• For the second straight night, Augustana never trailed as the Vikings downed Minnesota Crookston on Saturday.
• The Vikings used 14 different players for the second straight night, with 11 players scoring points.
• Schilling and Jansen each scored 12 points in the win over the Golden Eagles.
• Adam Beyer matched his career-high with nine rebounds to go along with five points and two assists.
• Jordan Spencer finished the night with 11 points, seven assists and five rebounds.
• Spencer has dished out five or more assists in two straight games and five times this season.

• Tom Billeter is in his 12th season as the head coach at Augustana College.

• Wayne State enters Saturday night's game at 2-8 on the season, including 0-5 in NSIC play.
• The Wildcats have six straight games since Nov. 29. WSC's last win came on Nov. 28 in a 70-63 win over Northern Michigan.
• Wayne State was swept at home last weekend falling 61-57 to Minnesota Crookston an 87-80 to Bemidji State.
