Vikings get big win on Senior Day
• Augustana wrapped up its regular season home games this past weekend going 1-1.
• The Vikings lost a heartbreaker on Friday to MSU?Moorhead 78-76 after the Dragons made a late basket with just seconds remaining.
Shaunteva Ashley poured in a game-high 23 points to go along with six rebounds and five assists.
• Nordgaard contributed with 15 points and nine rebounds.
• Augustana had a rough night shooting, going 27 for 75 (36.0 percent) while MSU?Moorhead shot 52.6 percent (30 of 57).
• The Vikings couldn't take advantage of scoring 24 points off turnovers from the Dragons.
• Augustana had arguably its most impressive win of the year with a 79-62 victory over then-No. 17 Northern State.
Emily Schulte became the 29th player in team history to score 1,000 points in her career on her first basket of the game.
• Schulte also became just the eighth player in team history with at least 1,000 points, 300 rebounds, 300 assists in her career.
• Nordgaard led with a game-high 21 points and grabbed five rebounds.
• Ashley continued her great play with 19 points and six assists.
Katie Meister made her first collegiate start of her career in the victory, contributing with eight points and four rebounds.

Dave Krauth, now in his 25th season at Augustana, is the school's all-time winningest coach with 507 career wins.
• Krauth is just the 20th women's basketball coach in Division II history with at least 500 wins.
