BURNSVILLE, Minn. – The Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference announced its fall All-Academic team for the 2016 fall season, and 58 Augustana student-athletes were honored.
 
Augustana placed two from women's cross country, seven from volleyball, eight from men's cross country, 17 from women's soccer and 24 from football.
 
To be eligible for this honor, the student-athlete must be a member of the varsity or traveling team and have a cumulative grade-point average of 3.20 or higher. Furthermore, the athlete must have reached sophomore athletic and academic standing at his/her institution (true freshman, redshirt freshman and ineligible athletic transfers are not eligible) and must have completed at least one full academic year at that institution.
