Men's basketball returns home for NSIC action at the Sioux Falls Arena Friday and Saturday

Men's basketball returns to the Arena to host Minnesota Crookston and Bemidji State Friday and Saturday
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Augustana University men's basketball returns home after two straight weeks of playing on the road. The Vikings (15-7, 10-6 NSIC) open a two-game homestand on Friday, Feb. 3, hosting Minnesota Crookston at 8 p.m. at the Sioux Falls Arena. Augustana will then welcome Bemidji State for a 6 p.m. tip-off on Saturday.

LAST TIME OUT
• Augustana picked up a split for the third straight week this past weekend
• The Vikings earned a 90-67 win at Minnesota Duluth on Friday night before falling 91-83 at St. Cloud State on Saturday
• On Friday night, all 11 players who saw action for the Vikings got in on the scoring mix, with five players reaching double-figures in the win over UMD
• The Vikings shot 55 percent from the field and never looked back after building a 23-point halftime lead
Jordan Spencer and John Warren both scored 13 points to lead the Vikings
Mike Busack and Marcus Asmus each added 12 while Steven Schaefer pitched in with 11
• St. Cloud State used a late 12-2 run and hit three big 3-pointers in the final three minutes of the game to secure the comeback win over the Vikings on Saturday
• Augustana led by as much as nine, twice in the second half, before the Huskies pulled away late

Adam Beyer led the Vikings with 21 points on 9 of 13 shooting at SCSU
