BURNSVILLE, Minn. -- For the fifth time in her career and third time this season, Augustana junior Hannah Hankinson is named the Northern Sun Conference (NSIC) women's golfer of the week.

Taking her first swings of the 2019 Spring season the Edina, Minn. native, placed third overall at the Augustana Spring Fling last weekend in California with a score of +9 (153). Hankinson finished the first day in second place with a score of 75 and finished the final round with a score 78 to place third.

Overall, Augustana had four place in the top-25 with everyone having a strong round.

The preseason NSIC women's golfer of the year helped lead the Vikings to the team title at the NSIC Fall preview earlier this season. Augustana finished at +29, seven shots ahead of second place Concordia St. Paul.

Hankinson was named NSIC Golfer of the Week two times earlier this season (10/3/18 & 10/23/18).
