BURNSVILLE, Minn. – Augustana men's basketball student-athlete Tyler Riemersma has earned his third NSIC South Division Player of the Week.  Riemersma earned his latest honor Monday after helping Augustana to a 2-0 weekend including a win over No. 9 Minnesota Duluth.
 
Over the two victories, the Bloomington, Minnesota, native averaged 23.5 points and 10.5 rebounds per game. He shot 67.5 percent from the field while tallying 46 of his 47 total points on field goal attempts. He also added 4.0 assists and 2.5 steals over the two victories.
 
He started his weekend with 19 points and 10 rebounds in the 89-80 win over Minnesota Duluth. The following night, Riemersma totaled 28 points and 11 rebounds in the 101-67 victory over St. Cloud State.
 
Augustana, currently ranked No. 20 in the NABC Top-25, travels to Bemidji State on Friday and Minnesota Crookston on Saturday. Friday's game is slated for 7:30 p.m. while Saturday's contest will have a 5:30 p.m. start.
