BURNSVILLE, Minn. – For the fourth time this season, Augustana men's basketball player Tyler Riemersma is the NSIC South Division Player of the Week.
 
Riemersma, hailing from Bloomington, Minnesota, has fully put himself into consideration for the NSIC Player of the Year with his double-double average for the season. This past weekend was an 18.5-point, 15-rebound average in a pair of Viking wins.
 
The graduate student totaled 19 rebounds and 17 points in the win over Winona State on Friday. On Saturday, he led the No. 11 Vikings to a win over No. 19 Upper Iowa with 20 points and 11 rebounds.
 
For the season, he averages a team-best 17.9 points and 10.8 rebounds per outing and is the only player in the NSIC to average a double-double.
 
Augustana travels to Concordia-St. Paul and Minnesota on Friday and Saturday, respectively.
