BURNSVILLE, Minn. – Augustana's Lauren Tims is the NSIC Women's Golfer of the Week after she led the Vikings to a team title over the weekend.
 
Tims, hailing from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, earned medalist honors at the Augustana Easter Lily Invitational with a two-round score of 151. She carded a 77 in the opening round while improving by three strokes in the final round with a 74.
 
She led the field in par-3 scores of 3.1 strokes per and had the only eagle in the field. She also tied for the most birdies with six.
 
The Vikings are back in action at the NSIC Championship beginning on Friday. The three-round tournament concludes Sunday at Paradise Pointe Golf Complex in Smithville, Missouri.
