AUSTIN, Texas, – Molly Stevens of Augustana women's golf was named CSC Third Team Academic All-American, College Sports Communicators announced earlier this week. 

Stevens, who recently concluded her golf career with the Vikings, was placed on the third team for the first time in her career. 

The Northfield, Minnesota, native earned a spot on the team with a 3.89 GPA and graduated from Augustana with a degree in Computer Information Systems. 

Stevens recently earned a spot on the 2023-24 WGCA All-American Scholar Team alongside four other Vikings. She was named NSIC Golfer of the Year and joined Lauren Tims and Lanie Veenendall on the first team. Her accolades continued as she was named the NSIC Outstanding Senior of the Year for women's golf. 

She helped lead the Vikings to an NSIC Championship and also earned a spot in the NCAA National Championships as an individual. In 25 rounds, Stevens finished first in two tournaments and shot an average round of 75.3.
