About the Hardrockers
South Dakota Mines is 1-2 on the season and come off a Wednesday loss to Fort Hays State. The Hardrockers were selected to finish 15th in the RMAC.

Jason Lee averages 18.7 points per game while Guido Wanschelbaum averages 8.3 points and 9.7 rebounds per game. 

About the Yellow Jackets
The Yellow Jackets enter 2-0 and ranked No. 17 in the country. They were picked atop the RMAC Preseason Poll.

The Augustana Vikings have started the 2025-26 campaign with two tough losses. 

Tameron Ferguson (No. 02): leads the team with 21.5 ppg, FG% .655, 3-pt% .571, averaging 3.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists. He comes off a career-high 27-point performance against Northwest Missouri State on 

Sam Rensch is scoring 14.5 ppg, with a FG% .440, 3-pt% .300, and is averaging 3.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists. 

In two games after missing all of last season with injury, Caden Hinker is averaging 11.0 ppg, FG% .476, 3-pt% .222, and has been strong on the boards with 8.5 per game.
