BURNSVILLE, Minn. – Maya Wente of the Augustana volleyball team has been named NSIC Offensive Player of the Week after the Vikings earned a pair of conference home sweeps. It is the second weekly honor of the season for Wente.

#8 Maya Wente (MB, 6-1, Sr., Canby, Minn. / Canby HS) - Augustana
- Was third in the NSIC with 4.50 kills per set in a pair of home sweeps over UMC & MSUM
- Hit .415 with 27 kills on 53 swings to rank ninth best in the league last week
- Second in the conference with 5.42 points per set
- Had 16 kills with just one error and hit .556 against UMC on Friday
- Added 11 kills against MSUM on Saturday
- Tied for 10th in the league with 1.17 blocks per set
