Bjorn Lind singled and reached second on a balk before moving to third on a
Ryan Clementi single and steal put them both in scoring position with nobody out.
Berg broke the tie when he sent a 2-0 pitch to right to score both and, after stealing third, scored on a
Maddox Foss groundout to make it 4-1 Vikings. With two outs, Eikmeier reached on an error and Soelter singled to continue the threat. Eikmeier would come around on a Heinsch single and Pinnow would add two more with a single to put the Vikings ahead 7-1.
Soelter brought in two more runs in the fourth before scoring on a throwing error to add onto the lead. Berg rounded up the Viking scoring with a solo blast in the fifth and a two-run home run in the seventh inning from CSP brought the game to its final score.
