2013 (Senior): Indoor - did not compete during the indoor season. Outdoor - finished sixth in the 10,000-meter run (38:10.99) and eighth in the 5,000-meter run (18:32.39) at the NSIC Championships on May 10 and 11 ... helped the Vikings to a fourth-place finish in the distance medley relay (11:58.76) at the Drake Relays on April 27 ... logged a sixth-place finish in the 5,000-meter run (18:06.59) at the Howard Wood Relays on May 4 ... recorded a seventh-place finish in the 5,000-meter run (18:21.11) at the Kip Janvrin Open on April 26.
2012 (Junior): Indoor - helped the Vikings to a second-place finish in the distance medley relay (12:08.11) at the NSIC Indoor Championships to earn All-NSIC honors ... placed fifth in the mile run (5:04.43) and eighth in the 5,000-meter run (17:53.22) at the NSIC Indoor Championships on Feb. 24 and 25 ... won the mile run (5:15.53) and placed third in the 3,000-meter run (10:20.68) at the Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 4 ... Outdoor - placed third in the 10,000-meter run (37:27.87) at the NSIC Championships on May 12 to earn All-NSIC honors ... also placed sixth in the 5,000-meter run (18:09.34) at the NSIC Championships ... clocked a career-best 4:41.90 in the 1,500-meter run to earn second place at the Red Raider Open on April 21 ... placed second in the 5,000-meter run at the Mankato Twilight on May 2 ... helped the Vikings to a fourth-place finish in the 4x800-meter relay (9:12.57) at the Drake Relays on April 28.
2011 (Sophomore): Indoor - took eighth in 1,600-meter run (5:14.54) at NSIC Championship on Feb. 25-26 ... placed second in 3,000-meter run (10:19.62) at Ted Baker Classic on Feb. 5 ... Outdoor - did not record any top-eight finishes during the outdoor season.
