2012 (Senior): Earned All-America honors with a 10th place at the NCAA Championships (10k, 29:31.9) ... named All-Region by the USTFCCCA ... finished first at the Central Region Championships (10k, 29:57.3) ... named USTFCCCA Central Region Athlete of the Year ... placed second at the NSIC Championships (8k, 25:26.0) earning All-NSIC First Team honors ... placed second at the Dan Huston Invite (8k, 24:57.6) ... placed 19th in the Division I race at the Roy Griak Invite (8k, 25:14.6) ... placed second at the Augie Twilight 4-mile with a time of 19:22.3 ... named Academic All-NSIC.  

2011 (Redshirt): Sat out season as redshirt ... competed unnattached in several events ... was champion at Briar Cliff Invite (8K, 23:51.65) on Oct. 8 ... earned runner-up honors at Roy Griak Invite (8K, 24:53.90) on Sept. 24 ... won Augustana Twilight (4 mile, 18:55.63) on Sept. 2.

2010 (Junior): Placed 65th at NCAA Championship (10K, 32:03.60) ... finished 12th at Central Region Championship (10K, 31:31.87) ... placed third at NSIC Championship (8K, 25:39.76) ... named All-NSIC first team ... finished 63rd at Chile Pepper Festival (10K, 31:07.31) on Oct. 16 ... placed 13th at Roy Griak Invite (8K, 25:56.20) on Sept. 25.

 2009 (Sophomore):  Placed 89th at NCAA Championship (10K, 33:56.40) ... finished 27th at Central Region Championship (10K, 32.53.30) ... named All-NSIC first team after finishing fifth at NSIC Championship (8K, 26:04.00).

2008 (Freshman): Placed 39th at Central Region Championship (10K, 33:20.86) ... named All-NSIC first team after finishing eighth at NSIC Championship (8K, 26:15.20).
