2013 (Redshirt): Did not compete as an attached runner in the indoor and outdoor seasons ... won the 3,000-meter steeplechase (11:16.12) while competing unattached at the Vance Butler Invitational on April 6 ... took the steeplechase title at the Howard Wood Relays competing unattached in a time of 10:37.14 on May 5.

2012 (Junior): Indoor - Earned All-American honors when she placed fifth as a memeber of the distance medley relay (11:40.29) at the NCAA Championship ... finished third in the 1,000-meter run (2:58.74) and fifth in the 5,000-meter run (17:53.22) at the NSIC Championship ... set personal best while winning the 1,000-meter run (2:56.67) at the Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 4 ...  Outdoor - earned All-America honors in 3,000-meter steeplechase (10:39.07) by placing fourth at the NCAA Championships on May 25 ... qualified and placed 13th in the 5,000-meter run at the NCAA Championships ... won the steeplechase (10:39.12) at the NSIC Championships to earn All-NSIC and All-Central Region honors ... placed first at the Drake Relays with a career-best 10:18.71 im the 3,000-meter steeplechase on April 26 ... helped the Vikings to a win at the Drake Relays in the distance medley relay with a time of 11:47.67. 

2011 (Sophomore):  Indoor - won 3,000-meter run (10:15.59) at Nebraska Invite on Feb. 18 ... was third in 3,000-meter run (10:23.56) at Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 5 ... Outdoor - earned All-America status after finishing fourth in 3,000-meter steeplechase (10:31.03) at national meet ... named All-Central Region in 3,000-meter steeplechase ... 3000-meter steeplechase (11:08.63) champion (All-NSIC honors) and finished fifth in 5000-meter run (18:27.70) at NSIC Championship on May 13-14 ... champion of 3000-meter steeplechase (10:40.85) at Howard Wood Relays on May 5-6 ... finished third in 1500-meter run (4:40.34) and sixth in the 800-meter run (2:21.91) at Winona State Invite on April 22 ... 1500-meter champion (4:37.01) at Sioux City Relays on April 15-16 ... placed sixth in 1500-meter run (4:44.12) at Vance Butler Invite on April 2.

2010 (Freshman):  Outdoor - Won 3,000-meter steeplechase (10:43.14) title at NSIC Championship, setting conference record and earning All-NSIC honors.
