2016-17 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Finished in seventh and set a personal record with a time of 8:49.42 in the 3,000-meters at the SDSU Last Chance (Feb. 17) … set a personal best at the NSIC Championships (Feb. 25) in the 5,000-meters with a time of 15:32.20 … took fifth in the mile at the Ted Nelson Classic (Feb. 4) … helped the distance medley relay team take fourth at the NSIC Championships (Feb. 24).
Outdoor: Took second in the 5,000-meters with a personal best time of 15:19.14 at the Jim Duncan Invite (April 15) ... set a personal best in the 10,000-meters with a time of 33:44.02 at the NSIC Championships (May 12).

2015-16 (Freshman)
Indoor: All-NSIC Honors ... Finished third in the Distance Medley Relay with a time of 10:25.35 at the NSIC Championship ... Finished second in the 1000-meter run at the SDSU Tune-Up with a time of 2:35.89 ... Placed third in the 1000-meter run with a time of 2:36.46 at the Ted Nelson Classic
Outdoor: Placed fourth in the 1500-meter run with a time of 4:07.23 at the USF Invitational ... finished fourth in the 5000-meter run with a time of 15:27.94 at the Red Raider Open  ... placed 11th in the 1500-meter run with a time of 4:09.87 at the NSIC Championship 

High School: A 2015 graduate of Big Lake High School … four-year letterwinner and two-year captain for the Hornets … recorded a personal-best in the 5,000-meter race with a time of 16:00 … clocked a personal-best 4:29 in the 1600-meter run and 9:43 in the 3200-meter run his junior season … three-time All-Conference selection in cross country ... placed 37th at the Nike Cross Heartland Regional.
