2018-19 (Senior):
Indoor: Placed third in the 400m (53.57) at the Minnesota State Invitational on Jan. 11.
Outdoor: Placed second (43.16) on the 4x100 meter relay team at the Sioux City Relays on Apr. 13… Placed ninth (43.25) on the 4x100 meter relay team at the 2019 NSIC Outdoor Championships on May 11.
2017-18 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Had a couple personal bests this season… in the 200m at the SDSU Classic had a time of 23.02… Also at the SDSU Classic had a time of 50.63 in the 400m
Outdoor: At the NSIC Championships had numerous top ten finishes… placed 2nd in the 4x400 with a time of 3:19.52… had a 5th place finish in the 400 with a time of 49.39… and a 6th place finish in the 4x100 with a time of 42.48
2016-17 (Redshirt Freshman)
Indoor: Set a personal best during the preliminaries of the 600-meters at the NSIC Championships (Feb. 24) with a time of 1:23.83 … took eighth in the 600-meters at the NSIC Championships (Feb. 25) … finished in sixth and earned a personal record in the 800-meters with a time of 2:13.97 at the MSU Alumni Open (Jan. 7) … ran to a personal best time of 52.59 in the 200-meters at the Jim Emmerich Invite (Jan. 21).
Outdoor: Notched a season's best time of 52.80 in the 400-meters at the Sioux City Relays (April 22).
2015-16 (Freshman)
Indoor: Did not compete.
Outdoor: Part of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished second with a time of 3:22.97 at the Howard Wood Relays ... part of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished sixth at the Vance Butler Invitational with a time of 3:27.52 ... placed seventh in the MSU Twilight with a time of 53.13
High School: A 2015 graduate of Rapid City High School … two-year letterwinner … personal-best time of 50.54 in the 400-meter dash his senior season … set a personal-record in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:59.80 … took seventh in the Special Invite 800-meter dash at Howard Wood Relays … placed eighth in the 400-meter dash at state … team took sixth at state his junior season.
