2019-20 (Senior):
Indoor: Took home All-NSIC honors in the 5,000 meter with third-place finish and time of 14:39.80 at the NSIC Championships… Recorded personal bests in the 1,000 meter at the Bison Open on Feb. 8 with a time of 2:33.32 (sixth-place), 3,000 meter at the Bison Open with a time of 8:36.23 (third-place), 800 meter at the NSIC Indoor Challenge on Feb. 15 with a time of 1:59.08 (sixth-place) and mile at the NSIC Indoor Challenge with a time of 4:16.47 (third-place). 
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19

2018-19 (Redshirt Junior):
Indoor: Earned a sixth place finish in the mile with his season best time of 4:24.61 at the Mark Schuck Open on Jan. 26… Earned a ninth place finish in the 5,000m with his season best time of 15:02.69 at the NSIC Indoor Championship on Feb. 23. 
Outdoor: Earned All-American honors with his seventh place finish (9:00:14) in the 3000m steeplechase at the DII Outdoor Championships on May 25… Earned USTFCCCA All-Region Honors in the 5,000m and Steeplechase… Earned a fourth place finish in the 10,000m with his season best time of 31:02.94 at the NSIC Outdoor Championship… Also finished in fourth at the NSIC Outdoor Championship in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a time of 9:14.05… Ran a season best 3,000 meter steeplechase of 8:57.53 (third place) at the Drake Relays on Apr. 27… Ran a season best 5,000m of 14:32.12 (fourth place) at the UW-Platteville Invitational on Apr. 13.

2017-18 (Junior)
Indoor: Did not compete
Outdoor: Finished 4th in the 5000 at the Kip Janvrin Open… Placed 1st in the 3000S at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays with a time of 9:13.07… At the NSIC Championships had a 2nd place finish in the 3000S with a time of 9:17.36

2016-17 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Finished in first and recorded a personal best time of 15:04.44 at the MSU Chuck Peterson Open (Dec. 2).
Outdoor: Did not compete.

2015-16 (Freshman):
Indoor: Finished first in the 4x400-meter relay team with a time of 3:42.40 at the Wildcat Open ... placed fourth in the 1000-meter run with a time of 2:41.89 at the Wildcat Open
Outdoor: All-Conference honors in the 3000-meter steeplechase ... finished second in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:36.06 at the NSIC Championship ... finished first in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:34.42 at the Sioux City Relays ... placed second in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:28.88 at the Howard Wood Relays ... finished second in the 1500-meter run with a time of 4:04.97 at the USF Invitational

High School: A 2015 graduate of Roosevelt High School … four-year letterwinner and two-year captain for the Rough Riders ... recorded a personal-best time of 15:45 in the 5,000-meter race, 3,200-meter run (9:36), and mile (4:28) … three-time All-State honoree … two-time team MVP … placed fourth at state cross country, leading team to a second-place finish ... placed 22nd at Nike Heartland Regional … finished seventh in the 3,200-meter run at the 2014 state track and field meet … team placed first at state cross country during freshman campaign ... placed 22nd at the 2014 Nike Cross Country Heartland Regional.
