2016-17 (Freshman)
Indoor: Finished sixth in the 60-meter dash at the MSU Alumni Open (Jan. 7) with a personal best time of 7.91 … placed fourth in the 200-meters at the Jim Emmerich Invite (Jan. 21) with a personal record time of 25.41 … set a personal best time in the 400-meters at the SDSU Preseason Open (Dec. 2) and placed in second with a time of 57.77 … had the fastest 400-meters time on the team and the second fastest 60-meters and 200-meters times. 
Outdoor: Earned All-NSIC honors in the 4x400 relay, helping the team finish in second with a season's best time of 3:45.31 ... took eighth at the NSIC Championships (May 13) in the 400-meters with a personal record time of 57.69 ... finished in seventh in the 200-meters at the Howard Wood Relays (May 6) with a personal best time of 25.74.

High School: A 2016 graduate of T.F. Riggs High School … three-year letterwinner … state record holder in the 400 meters with a time of 55.11 … two-time South Dakota Girls Track Athlete of the Year … six-time South Dakota state champion.
 
Personal: Daughter of Brent and Donna Dowling … born in Pierre, S.D. on Jan. 16, 1998 … will major in Biology/Chemistry with a minor in Spanish with aspirations of becoming a specialized surgeon.
