2017 (Senior): Named second-team All-NSIC... A four-year starter for the Vikings... Google Cloud Academic All-America® first team honors... CoSIDA All-Region.... NSIC All-Academic .... Played in all 11 games...credited with 10 pass breakups this year, good for 1st on the team and 15th in the Northern Sun.... key piece to special teams blocking two kicks in week six, while later in week nine returning a punt 55-yards for his second career touchdown....Tynes was credited with 50 tackles and more than 130 punt return yards throughout the season.... 2016 (Sophomore): Named Academic All-NSIC ... named NSIC Special Teams Player of the Week on Sept. 26 ... played in all 11 games as a return specialist and defensive back ... recorded nine tackles ... intercepted a pass and returned it 64 yards at U-Mary on Sept. 10 ... returned 16 kickoffs for 427 yards ... returned 24 punts for 297 yards ... returned seven kickoffs for 208 yards, including a season-long return of 81 yards at Minnesota Duluth on Sept. 24.

2015 (Redshirt Freshman): Played in eight games, making one start at cornerback ... recorded eight tackles ... picked off one pass ... returned three kickoffs for 21 yards ... returned one punt for 33 yards against Concordia-St. Paul on Nov. 14 ... recorded first career interception against Concordia-St. Paul ... registered a season-high four tackles at Humboldt State on Nov. 21.
