2020 (Junior): Started 10 games for the Vikings and saw action in 11 games… Had a .314 batting average with 11 hits, four doubles, four RBIs, nine runs scored and went three-for-four in stolen base attempts… Season cut short due to COVID-19.

2019 (Sophomore): Appeared in 21 games and made 14 starts… Had a .321 batting average with 11 runs scored, 17 hits, one doubles, seven RBI’s and an OBP of .379… Went 4-5 in stolen base attempts and had a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage with 102 chances.

2018 (Freshman): Played in one game in 2018, at Hawaii Hilo on Feb. 3 … He had two at-bats and struck-out in both appearances … Hanson was a member of a team that won a program-best 52 games, an NSIC Conference Tournament championship, a Central Region Tournament Championship and the school’s first ever National Championship

High School Notes: Three-time All-Conference ... a three year starter and letter winner ... hit .608 as a senior ... earned St. Cloud Times All-Area Team as a senior ... was nominated for player of the year during senior season … as a junior he had a .501 batting average … he had 17 RBIs on 11 extra base hits and two home runs … he helped lead his to to a 14-12 record that included a runner-up finish in the Central Lakes Conference … earned all-conference honors and was named to the St. Cloud Times All-Area Team … as a sophomore he had a batting average of .426 … he scored 15 runs while driving in 13 … earned all-conference honors and was named to the St. Cloud Times All-Area honorable mention
