Outdoor: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … All-American in the 1,500m … Broke the school record in the 1,500m in both the preliminary round (4:25.25) and the final (4:24.39) of the women’s 1,500m at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships to place eighth overall … Placed 15th in the women’s 5,000m at the Outdoor Championships … NCAA Qualifier in the 1,500m and 5,000m … Placed third in both the 1,500m and 5,000m at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships … Ran a season-best time of 16:35.87 at the Portland Twilight on May 7 … Ran the leadoff leg of the 4x800m relay that won the Drake Relays title … Ran the 1,200m leg of the distance medley relay that won the Drake Relays title.
2020-21 (Sophomore):
Indoor: Academic All NSIC … Two-time All-American in the mile and distance medley relay running the 1,200m leg … Placed fifth in the mile at the NCAA Championships in a time of 4:57.00 and was part of the distance medley relay that placed fourth that broke the school record with a time of 11:35.55 … Earned USTFCCCA All-Central Region honors in the mile and DMR … Won two events at the NSIC Championships on Feb. 27 winning the 1,000m in 2:54.46 and the mile in a school-record time of 4:51.19.
Outdoor: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … Placed 14th in the 5,000m at the NCAA DII Outdoor Track & Field Championships … Placed second in the 1,500m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships running a personal best 4:26.61 … Placed third in the 5,000m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships … Broke the school record in the 5,000m running 16:20.53 at the GVSU Extra Weekend Meet on Apr. 30 … Was part of the DMR that won Drake Relays in a time of 11:53.76 on Apr. 24.
2019-20 (Redshirt-Freshman):
Indoor: Earned USTFCCCA All-Central Region honors in the DMR, Mile and 3,000 meter… Took home All-NSIC honors on a DMR team that placed first at the NSIC Championships while breaking the NSIC record with a time of 11:51.62… Finished in first-place in the mile with a time of 4:57.94 at the Maverick Invitational on Feb. 21.
Outdoor: Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors...

2018-19 (Freshman):
Indoor: Did not compete in indoor events.
Outdoor: Earned a seventh place finish (4:43.92) with a season best 1,500m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships on May 11… Ran a season best 5,000m (18:50.64) at the NSIC Outdoor Championships… Ran a season best 800m (2:16.48) while finishing in second at the Mount Marty Invite on Apr. 24.
High School: English graduated from Lakeville South High School in June of 2018. She was all-conference throughout all four years of high school.
Personal: English was born on Dec. 6, 1999 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to parents Mike and Patty. She has three siblings, Hank, Leo and Bea, and enjoys being with her friends and family, being outside and reading. She plans to major in journalism while at Augustana.
