2022-23:
Indoor: Ran personal bests in the 60m and 300m at the Bison Open with times of 7.58 and 36.37... Placed third at the NSIC Championships in the 4x400m with a time of 3:22.24
Outdoor: Ran a personal best in the 200m at the Maverick Open #1 with a time of 23.18... Placed fourth at the NSIC Championships in the 4x400m with a time of 3:17.15

Indoor: NSIC All-Academic … Ran the 400m leg of the NSIC Champion distance medley relay that ran a time of 10:00.30 … was a part of the 4x400m relay that placed seventh at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 25-26, running 3:27.67 … Ran a season best 50.08 in the 400m at the SDSU Last Chance Meet on Feb. 19 … Ran a personal best 7.62 in the 60m at the Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 5.
Outdoor: Ran the anchor leg of the 4x400m relay team that ran 3:20.77 at the Deb Schulz Open on May 6 … Ran a season-best time of 50.10 in the 400m dash at the Minnesota State Open … Ran a personal-best time of 23.50 in the 200m dash at the Dordt Invite on Apr. 2.
2020-21 (Sophomore):
Indoor: Academic All NSIC … Placed ninth in the 400m at the NSIC Championships with a time of 50.66 … Was part of the 4x400m relay team that placed fifth at the conference meet … Ran a personal-best in the 400m at the SDSU Last Chance meet running a time of 50.11.
Outdoor: NSIC All-Academic … Was part of the 4x400m relay that placed fifth at the NSIC Outdoor Championships … Ran a personal best 49.81 in the 400m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships … Ran a personal best 23.54 in the 200m dash at the Sioux City Relays on Apr. 16.
2019-20 (Freshman):
Indoor: Recorded personal bests in the pole vault at the SDSU DII Invitational on Jan. 24 with a height of 3.88m (12-8.75) and in the 400 meter at the NSIC Championships on Feb. 29 with a time of 51.10… Took home first-place honors as part of the 4x400 meter relay team at the Mark Schuck Open on Feb. 1 with a time of 3:26.26.Â
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19
High School: Dooyema graduated from Luverne Public School in May of 2019. He was named to the all-conference team for pole vault as a junior and senior.
Personal: Dooyema was born on June 4, 2000 in Luverne, Minnesota, to parents Doug and Pam. He has eight siblings, Andrew, Katie, Amanda, Kelsey, Sam, Eli, Naomi and JJ, and enjoys scuba diving, boating and hanging out with friends. He plans on majoring in biology while at Augustana.
