2023-2024:
Indoor: Placed 3rd in Long Jump at the SDSU Last Chance… Competed at the Northern Sun Indoor Track and Field Championships.
Outdoor: Finished 1st in Long Jump with a distance of 6.77m at the DSU Twilight…Competed at the 2024 NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2022-23:
Indoor: Ran a personal best in the 200m at the SDSU Holiday Open with a time of 23.92
Outdoor: Recorded a personal best 6.78m in the long jump at the NSIC Champonships

2021-22:
Indoor: Had a personal best in the heptathlon at the Bison Open on Feb. 4-5, with a point total of 4,460 points.
Outdoor: Set a personal-best jump of 23-3.5 in the long jump to place seventh at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships … Ran a personal-best time of 11.47 in the 100m dash at the Minnesota State Open.

2020-21 (Freshman):
Indoor: Placed seventh in the heptathlon at the NSIC Championships on Feb. 26 with a new personal-best point total of 4,220 points …  Had a personal-best jump in the long jump at the SDSU Last Chance meet on Feb. 20 with a leap of 20-11.25 … Had a personal-best in the pole vault at the Northern State Dual on Jan. 31 vaulting 11-7.75.
Outdoor: Threw a personal best 132 feet in the javelin at the NSIC Outdoor Championships … Jumped a personal best 21-10.25 in the long jump and a personal best 80-9 in the discus throw at the Maverick Classic on May 7 … Ran a personal best 19.24 in the 110m hurdles at the NSIC & Friends Outdoor Challenge on May 1.

High School: Graduated from Mankato West High School in May of 2020 … team captain junior and senior year … placed second at the state class AA 4x200, fourth place state class AA long jump … holds the school record in the long jump at 22’9.25 and a member of the school record holding 4x200 his junior year … fifth place at state class AA 4x200 and fifth place state class AA long jump his sophomore year
