2022-23: Finished 19-14 overall and 10-10 in duals … went 4-0 to claim the Jimmie Open championship … went 4-1 to place second at the DWU Open … closed the season 2-2, earning fifth place at the NCAA Super Region V Tournament … logged 47 takedowns, four major decisions, and one technical fall.

2021-22: National qualifier at 165 pounds ... All-NSIC Second-Team ...  finished second at the NCAA Super Region V tournament ... went 23-10 overall and 8-3 in dual action … logged 55 takedowns, 30 escapes, four reversals and 10 four-point nearfalls … won by fall three times, technical fall three times and totaled three major decision wins … won the Jimmie Open … placed second at the DWU Open … placed second at the Hastings Open.

2020-21: Went 2-3 on the season with six takedowns and three escapes.

High School: 2020 gradulate of Martin County West High School ... went 42-4 while earning state runner-up honors as a senior ... as a junior, he placed fourth at state, while placing sixth as a sophomore. 

Personal: Fitzgerald was born in Fairmont, Minnesota ... majoring in exercise science and minor in fitness management.
