Bailey works in Sioux Falls with Lifescape Children’s Services as a Lead Behavior Support Technician. In a few years, she plans to attend graduate school and become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

2021 (Junior): Played in all 20 games while making 20 starts...Recorded one goal...Totaled 12 shots with eight shots on goal...Logged 1820 minutes of playing time...Named to the NSIC All-Conference Second-Team...Earned NSIC Fall All-Academic Team of Excellence honors...Named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team.

2020 (Senior): Fall season was cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic… Named to the NSIC Fall All-Academic Team of Excellence.

2019 (Junior): Played in all 22 games while starting 21 of them… Logged 1,311 minutes of game time… Scored her first collegiate goal (and the game-winner) against then-undefeated Concordia-St. Paul on Nov. 3… Tallied one assist, nine shots and four shots on goal… Named to the Fall NSIC All-Academic Team.

2018 (Sophomore): Academic All NSIC… Appeared in 10 games… Logged 295 minutes… Recorded two shots on goal.

2017 (Freshman): Appeared in one match against Upper Iowa (Sept. 22) ... recorded one shot ... logged nine minutes.

High School: 2017 graduate of Omaha Burke High School in Omaha, Neb. … netted 43 goals and recorded 31 assists in her first three years of high school… named to the Omaha World Herald Sports All-Metro second team her junior season… named to the Class A All-State team and the Prep Extra Super State second team her junior year… two-time Lincoln Journal Star Academic All-State honoree… Lincoln Journal Star All-State/Super State Honorable Mention and All-Nebraska Honorable Mention her sophomore season… NCPA Academic All-State her sophomore year… Omaha World Herald Honorable Mention her freshman season.
