Indoor: Ran a personal best in the mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic with a time of 4:28.46… Ran a personal best in the 1000m at the SDSU Last Chance with a time of 2:35.21.
Outdoor: Ran a personal best 1500m with a time of 4:08.88 at the USD Challenge… Placed 1st in the 1500m at DSU Twilight… Ran a personal best in the 3000S with a time of 9:44.58 placing 2nd… Competed at the 2024 NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

Indoor: Ran a personal best in the 800m at the SDSU Last Chance Meet on Feb. 19, running 2:00.99 … Ran a personal best in the 1,000m at the Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 5, running 2:46.26.
Outdoor: Ran a personal-best time of 1:57.79 in the 800m at the Deb Schulz Open on May 6 … Ran a personal-best time of 4:13.20 in the 1,500m at the Minnesota State Open.
High School: In his senior year, Brock was first team all-conference and placed first at the Pewaukee Cross Country Meet. His sophomore season, Brock was a part of a state-qualifying 4x800m relay, and was part of the conference championship team in both cross country and track & field.
